It will not be difficult to prepare it, the main thing is to preheat the oven and beat the eggs themselves properly. How to make Duck Egg Biscuit

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Whisk the duck eggs into a container in a food processor, or into a deep, high-sided container if you use a mixer. Make sure that the container is dry, otherwise the eggs will not beat. Since duck eggs have a stronger shell, be careful not to let any pieces fall into the container. Whisk everything for about 4-5 minutes on the highest speed of the technique. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Then add the sifted wheat flour and stir in at the lowest speed to prevent air bubbles from blowing out of the dough.

Grease a mold of any diameter with vegetable oil and pour the prepared biscuit dough into it. Immediately place the dish in a preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes. Watch the baking surface!

Pierce the ruddy biscuit with a wooden skewer. If it is dry, turn off the heat and remove the form from the oven. If the biscuit allows, then turn the mold upside down and leave the dessert to cool in such a way that it does not fall off.

Remove the cooled biscuit from the mold.

Cut it into portions, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with tea or coffee.
