Ingredients:
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 200 Grams
- Chili Pepper - 1/2 Piece
- Garlic - 4 Cloves
- Paprika - 1-2 Art. spoons
- Smoked Paprika - 1 Teaspoon
- Beans - 200-220 Grams (soaked)
- Potatoes - 300 Grams
- Vegetable broth - 1-1.2 Liters
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Smoked Tofu - 150 Grams
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to make Lean Bean Soup

Prepare all ingredients.

Chop the onions and carrots, then fry in a skillet until golden brown. Add the paprika, chili and minced garlic. Cook for another 30 seconds, stirring occasionally.

Transfer the roast to a saucepan, add the beans and bay leaf. Pour in vegetable stock, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Cook the soup over low heat until the beans are cooked through. About an hour.

Add the diced potatoes and cook the soup for another 20 minutes.

Finally add the diced smoked tofu and boil the soup for 5 minutes.

Lean bean soup is ready. Enjoy your meal!
