- Oatmeal - 150 Grams
- Potatoes - 80 Grams
- Onion - 60 Grams
- Lean oil - 40 grams
- Salt - To taste
- Black Pepper - To taste
- Water - 100 grams (boiling water)
- Dill - To taste

How to make Lean Oatmeal Cutlets

Prepare your ingredients.

Pour boiling water over the oatmeal, stir and cover for 2-3 minutes.

Grate raw potatoes and add to the oatmeal.

Add the diced onion.

Add salt, black pepper and finely chopped dill. Stir the mass.

Use your hands moistened with water to mold round cutlets and place in a frying pan with heated oil. Start frying the cutlets.

After 3-4 minutes, turn the cutlets over and fry on the back for the same amount of time until golden brown.
