How to make "Pea Briquette Soup"

Prepare all the ingredients you need.

Remove the skin from the chicken. Put the chicken in a saucepan with clean water, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.

Mash the pea soup briquette well.

Peel the onion with carrots, grate the carrots on a medium grater, finely chop the onion. Fry vegetables in a skillet with vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes.

Draw out the chicken, let it cool slightly and cut into small pieces. Place the chopped potatoes and pea soup briquette into the broth. Cook everything over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.

Add chopped chicken, carrots and onions, stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
