How to cook "Red curd at home"
Prepare the indicated ingredients. If dairy products are too fatty, then reduce the amount of butter.
Pour milk of any fat content into a saucepan and bring it almost to a boil. Then pour cold fermented baked milk of any fat into it.
Reduce heat to moderate and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, the contents of the pot should curl. If this does not happen, pour in 1 tsp. lemon juice and stir.
Place a clean cotton towel or cheesecloth folded in two layers in a deep container or colander. Pour the contents of the pan onto a cloth, the curd will remain on the cloth, and the whey in the container.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the resulting cottage cheese there and add granulated sugar. Mix everything gently.
Simmer the curd in a skillet until dry, caramelized.
As soon as the cottage cheese begins to brown, the dish is completely ready! Turn off heating.
