- Egg - 1 Piece
- Kefir - 200 Gram
- Soda - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Flour - 100 Grams

How to make Salted Muffins

Prepare all ingredients.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Add the egg to the cheese.

Pour in kefir, add salt to taste, mix everything. Add flour and baking soda.

Mix everything again. The dough is ready.

Transfer the dough to muffin tins, about 2/3 full. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Salted muffins are ready.
