How to make a Poke Bowl

Prepare all ingredients.

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the tofu into cubes, add the Tamari sauce and fish spices and stir.

Fry the tofu until golden brown over medium heat.

Boil edamame in boiling water for 6-8 minutes.

Cut the radish into quarters, the avocado into thin slices, grate the carrots and peel the edamame.
