Chicken thighs in the oven with a crispy crust are the perfect dish for a festive as well as an everyday dinner. I suggest baking chicken with onions, mayonnaise and grain mustard. Use any spices, I suggest taking a universal chicken seasoning.

- Chicken Thighs - 400 Grams
- Seasoning for chicken - 1 Teaspoon (for chicken)
- Onions - 100 Grams
- Mustard beans - 1.5-2 Teaspoons
- Mayonnaise - 50 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 30 grams
- Salt - To taste
- Black Pepper - To taste
How to Cook Oven Crispy Chicken Thighs
Prepare the ingredients for crispy chicken thighs.
Rinse chicken thighs, season with salt and pepper to taste, add chicken spices.
Cut the onions into half rings.
Place the foil on a baking dish. Put a layer of onion, pour over with vegetable oil. Spread the chicken thighs on top of the onion pillow. Brush the chicken with additional grain mustard.
Pour the chicken thighs with mayonnaise and send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
After 35-40 minutes, the thighs will become ruddy, the chicken will turn out to be crispy and appetizing. Remove the dish from the oven. All is ready!
