- Sour cream - 150 grams (25% fat)
- Cheese - 150 grams (hard)
- Dried apricots - 50 grams
- Gelatin - 6 Grams
- Water - 50 Milliliters
- Dry white wine - 2 tbsp. spoons

- Walnuts - To taste
- Grapes - To taste

How to make "Hearty Snack Cake"

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make a hearty snack cake.

Pour gelatin into a bowl and cover with cold boiled water. Leave to swell for 40-60 minutes or according to the instructions for your type of gelatin.

Pour white wine into the gelatin, put in a water bath and dissolve the gelatin until a homogeneous transparent mass, without grains. Leave to cool.

Hard cheese, I have homemade, cut into small cubes. Put sour cream in a bowl and add chopped cheese, mix.

Add hot peppers to taste. It can be ground pepper or just chop a fresh pod very finely.

Rinse dried apricots and cover with hot water for 5 minutes. Remove from water, dry and cut into small cubes. Add it to a bowl of sour cream and cheese, salt to taste and stir.

While stirring quickly, pour in the cooled gelatin and stir until smooth.

Wet the culinary ring with plain water and line the sides with foil. Transfer the entire mass to the inside of the ring and smooth the top.

Fry the nuts a little in a dry frying pan, cool and chop. Cover the top of the cake with walnuts. Place the snack cake in the refrigerator for a few hours until it solidifies.

Remove the cake from the refrigerator, remove the cooking ring and plastic wrap. Decorate the top with dried apricots and grapes. Serve immediately with a good semi-sweet wine.
