- Cheese - 80 Grams (hard varieties)
- Sour cream - 120 Grams
- Salt - To taste
- Black pepper - To taste (ground)
How to cook "Pink salmon with zucchini in the oven"
Prepare the required ingredients.
Chop the onions at random, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until tender.
Profile the pink salmon, leave it on the skin. Remove any small bones. Cut into portions. Place on a dish. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Peel the zucchini. Cut into washers 0.3-0.5 cm thick.
Take a baking dish. Spread out 1/2 of the sliced courgettes.
Put prepared pieces of pink salmon on a layer of zucchini. Spread the second set aside of the sliced courgettes on top.
Put the fried onions and carrots on a layer of zucchini.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater in a separate bowl. Add sour cream to it and stir. Season with salt, if desired.
Cover the contents with the cheese and sour cream. Flatten. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
After the time has passed, remove the form from the oven.
