- Vegetable Broth - 700 Milliliters
- Tomato paste - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Coconut Milk - 210 Milliliters
- Red beans - 200 grams (canned)
- Rice - 50 Grams
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
- Onions - 1/2 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Celery stalk - 1 Piece
- Tomatoes - 2 Pieces
- Garlic - 1-2 Cloves
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Paprika - 1 Teaspoon
- Thyme - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt - To taste

How to make Caribbean soup

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a saucepan until soft.

Then add garlic, tomato, celery, carrots and bell peppers. Season them with bay leaves, thyme, paprika and cook for 5 minutes.

Pour in vegetable broth and coconut milk, add tomato paste.

Add rice. Bring the soup to a boil and simmer, covered, for about 25 minutes.

Add the canned beans at the end.

Season the soup with salt and cook for another 10 minutes.

Caribbean soup is ready. Enjoy your meal!
