Cooking description:
Vinaigrette is not a Ukrainian dish or even a Slavic one. Until now, it is not known for certain what cuisine it is related to. But in Ukraine, this wonderful snack has become widespread. And for more than one decade it has been in deserved demand. In my opinion, Ukrainian cuisine prefers only sunflower oil as a vinaigrette dressing. Moreover, it is better if it is not refined, but aromatic. When in the Western, European version, this salad is seasoned with French sauce, which bears the same name.
