Cooking description:
Pickle with millet can be prepared in any broth: vegetable, chicken or beef. I suggest using any parts of the chicken, the broth will turn out to be not very fatty, rich and tasty. I had a piece of chicken breast on the bone. After boiling the broth, the meat should be separated from the bones.

Ingredients:
- Chicken - 200 Grams (any parts)
- Millet - 100 Grams
- Pickled cucumbers - 100 grams
- Water - 2.5 Liters
- Potatoes - 200 Grams
- Carrots - 80 Grams
- Onions - 70 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 40 grams
- Dill - 2-3 Grams
- Salt - To taste
- Black Pepper - To taste

How to cook "Rassolnik with millet"

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.

Cook chicken stock. Dip the washed chicken in cold water, simmer after boiling over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt to taste. Remove the chicken from the broth, separate the meat from the bones. Return the meat back to the pot. Pour the potatoes into the finished chicken broth. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Pour in the washed millet and cook the soup for another 10-12 minutes.

Dice the onion and grate the carrots.

Fry vegetables in a skillet with vegetable oil. Fry for a couple of minutes until tender.

Dice the pickles.

Add cucumbers to the skillet with vegetables. Simmer everything together for another 3-4 minutes over low heat.

When the potatoes and millet are ready, add the fry with vegetables and cucumbers to the soup. Boil the pickle for another 5 minutes, and turn off the heat. Let the soup sit, covered, for 10 minutes.

Serve hot pickle with finely chopped fresh dill. Enjoy your meal!
