Cooking description:
It is insanely delicious to serve the dish in a duet with a glass of white wine or a glass of tequila. The citrus aroma perfectly emphasizes the taste of red fish and gives it a slight sourness. Optionally, you can use not only salmon, but also salmon, dorado, sea bass, tuna, etc.

How to cook "Tiradito"

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Combine soy sauce, lime and lemon juice, and olive oil in a small, deep container. Sunflower oil can be replaced, but odorless. You can add honey and hot red peppers at this point if you like these additions.

Thinly chop the flesh of salmon or other fresh or chilled sea fish. Place in sauce and pour on top. Place in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to marinate.

Then rinse the fresh herbs, pick them with your hands on a plate and place the marinated fish slices on it. Top with herbs.

Thinly slice the washed vegetables, first cutting off the tails on both sides. Place the vegetable slices on top of the fish and drizzle with the remaining sauce. Pepper lightly.

Serve the cooked meal immediately.
