How to make Baked Garlic Pasta

Prepare all ingredients.

Peel the garlic and cut off the top.

Transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle with olive oil and a little salt. Bake it for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Squeeze the garlic cloves out of the rind.

Crush them in a mortar or fork until puree. Add rosemary, salt and black pepper to taste.
