How to make Skagen Toast

Prepare all ingredients.

Use a ring to cut mugs out of the bread. Fry them in butter until crisp.

Finely chop the shrimps and dill.

Combine shrimp, dill, mayonnaise and mustard.

Spread the mixture on top of toasted bread. Top with red caviar and dill. Serve toast with a lemon wedge.
