Ingredients:
- Chicken breast - 1 Piece (on the bone)
- Bulgarian pepper - 1/2 Piece
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons (oily)
- Tomato sauce - 1 Tbsp. spoon (or paste, with a slide)
- Salt - To taste
- Black pepper - To taste (freshly ground)
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon

How to cook "Chicken breast on the bone in the oven"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Remove the skin from the breast, blot with a paper towel. Use a sharp knife to make deep cuts on each side of the breast.

Rub the breast with salt and pepper.

Cut the bell pepper into half rings and insert into the cuts.

Take a spacious shape. Cover with parchment, grease it with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Transfer the prepared breast into the mold. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream and tomato sauce.

Turn the oven 180 degrees. Coat the breast with generously prepared sour cream-tomato sauce. Place the dish in the oven for 45 minutes.

After the time has passed, remove the chicken breast from the oven. Pour the juice over it, serve as desired.

The dish is ready to serve.
