- Fish fillet - 300 grams (any)
- Flour - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Milk - 100 Milliliters
- Eggs - 2 Pieces
- Cheese - 30 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Champignons fried with onions - 80 grams (optional)
- Greens - 30 Grams

How to cook "Fish in an omelette"

Prepare your ingredients.

Cut the fish fillet into small pieces, roll in flour with a pinch of salt, fry in vegetable oil.

Place the sautéed fish pieces in a baking dish.

Add the sautéed mushrooms and onions.

Sprinkle with herbs such as green onions and parsley on top.

Beat eggs and milk lightly.

Pour the egg-milk mixture over the fish.

Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Bake the fish in the oven for about 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Serve the fish in an omelet with fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
