How to cook "Pilaf with veal and curry"

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel, wash and dry the carrots. Cut the carrots into cubes.

Peel the onion, rinse and dry. Cut the onion into cubes.

Rinse the veal, dry it. Cut the veal into small pieces.

Heat the frying pan and pour in the oil, fry the carrots, onions and meat for 8-10 minutes.

Add some water to the pan, simmer the veal for 40 minutes.

Then transfer the meat to a cauldron, add rice, spices, curry, garlic. Pour in two glasses of hot water. Cook pilaf, covered, for 25 minutes.
