Prepare all the ingredients you need to make condensed milk rice porridge. Take whole milk and high fat content, and good quality condensed milk.

Rinse the rice well and place in a saucepan. Pour in cold water and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 7-10 minutes, stirring. The porridge should be half cooked.

Bring milk to a boil and pour into a saucepan with porridge. Stir and salt.
