Ingredients:
- Flour - 1 Glass
- Orange Juice - 3/4 Cup
- Sugar - 1/2 Cup
- Vegetable Oil - 1/4 Cup
- Orange peel - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Starch - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Baking Dough - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1 Pinch

How to make Lean Orange Cupcake

Prepare all ingredients.

Remove the zest from the orange and squeeze the juice. For the required amount of juice, I needed two oranges.

Separately combine flour, starch, baking powder and salt.

Combine butter and sugar in another deep bowl. Whisk.

Add orange juice and zest.

Mix everything and add dry mixture.

Stir the dough until smooth.

Pour the dough into a greased baking dish, sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Lean orange muffin is ready. Let it cool slightly, then carefully remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
