How to make "Cheese from chickpea flour"

Prepare all ingredients.

In a bowl, combine chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, garlic powder, Italian herbs, turmeric, and salt.

Pour in 3/4 cup water slowly, stirring constantly. Then add vinegar and mustard.

In a saucepan, bring the rest of the water to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the chickpea and tahini mixture. Cook the mixture until very thick. About 4-7 minutes.

Divide the mixture into the molds immediately. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
