How to cook "Lush Easter cake"

Prepare your ingredients.

Make a dough. Pour 1 tablespoon of sugar into warm milk.

Add fresh yeast and stir.

Pour a couple of tablespoons of flour into the dough.

Stir the dough and let stand under a towel for 15-20 minutes, it should become fluffy.

Mix turmeric and ground nutmeg, pour boiling water over the spices (2 tablespoons), so they will reveal their aroma more.

Pour the raisins with hot water for a couple of minutes, then drain the liquid.

In a bowl, combine the turmeric mixture and room temperature soft butter.

Add the grated orange zest.

Stir the oil mixture well.

Beat the chicken eggs into a container - 2 eggs and 1 yolk. The leftover protein can be used to make the cake icing.

Add any remaining sugar to the eggs.

Shake the egg mixture with a whisk.

Pour 200 grams of flour into the egg mass.

Stir the egg mass with flour until smooth.

Dough by this time has risen, it is completely ready for the preparation of cakes.

Add butter and egg mass to the dough.

Stir.

Add any remaining flour and stir in the dough.

Add the raisins to the dough.

Stir the raisins and dough and leave under a towel for 45-50 minutes to rise.

The dough rose perfectly and doubled.

Arrange the Easter cake dough in any shape you like. Place the cakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes. Easter cakes are really lush.

Decorate the finished cooled Easter cakes with any icing and bright sugar powder.
