- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Sunflower oil - 20 Milliliters
- Cream - 70 Milliliters (fat content 10-12%)
- Salt - To taste

How to make Diet Zucchini Puree Soup

Prepare the ingredients for making the squash soup.

Chop the onions and carrots. Place in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Pour in refined sunflower oil.

Cover the pot with a lid and simmer the carrots and onions for 7-8 minutes over low heat.

Then add the chopped potatoes.

And sliced zucchini. Season with salt to taste. Pour in 150 ml. water.

Cook vegetables until soft.

Add chopped garlic.

Whisk the cooked vegetables and garlic with a blender until a puree consistency.

Pour in the cream.

Toss the cream and soup.

Zucchini puree soup is ready. Can be served at the table.
