Below I will tell you more about how to make an avocado and ginger salad. Instead of an orange, you can take grapefruit, and replace pea sprouts with spinach or arugula. This salad is good to serve before the main course for dinner or lunch.

- Pea sprouts - 100 Grams
- Red orange - 1 pc
- Avocado - 1 Piece
- Ginger Root - 10 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Wine vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons (or rice)
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Sesame - To taste
How to make "Avocado and Ginger Salad"
Prepare all ingredients.
For dressing, grind finely grated ginger, vinegar and vegetable oil in a blender. Add salt and pepper.
Peel the orange, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.
Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut into slices.
Combine the pea sprouts with the dressing.
Then add the avocado and orange. Stir the salad gently. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the salad before serving.
