How to make Mascarpone Cream Sponge Cake
For the classic biscuit, prepare eggs and sugar. Sift the flour through a sieve and combine with vanilla and baking powder.
Combine eggs with sugar and beat at maximum power of the mixer for a few minutes, so that the egg mass becomes fluffy, light and increases in volume. Then stir in the flour mixture by hand using a whisk.
Pour the finished dough into a baking dish with a diameter of 20-22 cm.Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
Cool the finished biscuit completely, let it rest a little. Cut the biscuit into 4 cakes.
For the cream, prepare mascarpone cheese, cream, and icing sugar.
Whisk the cream and icing sugar into the fluffy cream. Then add the cheese and stir everything evenly so that no grains of cheese remain.
Soak the biscuit cakes with any syrup and coat with cheese cream.
So collect the whole cake. Then put it in the refrigerator so that it freezes a little.
Decorate the cake to your liking. If the cake is just for homemade tea, you can sprinkle it with grated chocolate or biscuit crumbs. If the cake is for the festive table, you can pour it over with chocolate and decorate with fruit. Enjoy cooking!
