How to cook "Potato brushwood"

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel potatoes, set to boil. Chop the rosemary.

Drain the boiled potatoes, make mashed potatoes, beat an egg into the mashed potatoes, stir.

Season with salt to taste, add rosemary, stir again.

Add flour to the puree.

Knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 2 parts, so it is more convenient to work with it. Roll into a rectangular layer, cut the brushwood into sticks. The sizes are arbitrary.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan thoroughly, fry the brushwood in it until golden brown on all sides.

Place the fried brushwood on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

The potato brush is ready! It is very tasty, not limited to one thing.
Chef's advice:
Instead of fresh rosemary, dry rosemary can be used.
