Chicken meatballs are a culinary classic. They are prepared very simply and relatively quickly. The sauce can be not only based on sour cream, but also with tomato paste or cream. Today I have the most gentle, dietary and easy option. Delicate meatballs with rice will be an excellent main course for lunch or a main course for dinner.

- Chicken fillet - 600 Grams
- Onions - 2 Pieces
- Rice - 4-5 Art. spoons (boiled)

- Sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Flour - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Sunflower oil - 20 Milliliters
- Dried Basil - To taste
How to cook "Minced Chicken Meatballs with Rice"
Prepare the ingredients for making meatballs.
Wash and peel one onion. Wash the chicken fillet. Pass the onion and fillet through a meat grinder.
Add boiled rice.
Salt the minced meat to taste and mix well until smooth.
Shape the minced meat into meatballs. Place in boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Peel and wash one onion and carrot. Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion. Place in a skillet with sunflower oil.
Lightly fry the vegetables, then pour in a little broth in which the meatballs were cooked and simmer until soft in a pan.
Stir the sour cream with flour so that there are no lumps. Place in a skillet with carrots and onions. Pour in 200 ml. broth.
Season with salt and dried basil to taste.
Put meatballs in the sauce.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the chicken meatballs over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Minced chicken meatballs with rice are ready. Serve with mashed potatoes, porridge or pasta. Enjoy your meal!
