- Turkey fillet - 120 Grams
- Peking cabbage - 50 grams
- Carrots - 20 Grams
- Cucumbers - 60 grams (fresh)
- Lavash - 80 Grams
- Mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp. spoon (homemade)
- Ketchup - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Spices - 1 Tbsp. spoon (for poultry)
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste

How to cook "Shawarma with Turkey"

Prepare your ingredients.

Cut the turkey fillet into strips, sprinkle with all your favorite spices. Roast the turkey in a skillet for 8-10 minutes.

Spread the pita bread on your work surface. Top with chopped Chinese cabbage and grated carrots.

Cut the fresh cucumber into small pieces, spread over the cabbage.

Place the roasted turkey on top of the vegetables.

Drizzle all ingredients with mayonnaise and ketchup, add salt and pepper.

Roll the pita bread so that the filling is inside.

Fry the shawarma in a skillet until golden brown and serve.
