How to cook "Turkish manti"

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make Turkish manti.

Break an egg into a bowl, add water and salt. Stir everything until smooth.

Pour sifted flour into the egg mass, and knead a soft dough. Sprinkle a little flour on the table and lay out the dough. Roll it into a thin rectangle and cut into squares.

Grate onions on a coarse grater, add to the minced meat. Salt and pepper everything and mix well.

Spread the filling over the dough squares.

To make manty, connect the edges of the square.

Blind all four exposed edges.

Make manti out of all the minced meat squares.

Boil the manti in boiling and salted water until tender. Serve with butter or sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
