Turkish manti is prepared quickly and very simply. The dough is a little sticky, but do not add too much flour, otherwise it will clog and become tough. Better to sprinkle some flour on the table before rolling out the dough. The dough can be divided into several parts, this will make it easier to roll out and form mantas.
