Ingredients:
- Flour - 310 Grams (210 grams - for cake, 100 grams - for cream)
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Water - 150 Grams
- Sugar - 240 grams (120 grams - for biscuit, 120 grams - for cream)
- Vegetable oil - 70 Grams
- Cardamom - 1 teaspoon (1/2 tsp for biscuit, 1/2 tsp for cream)
- White Wine Vinegar - 30 Milliliters
- Soda - 1 Teaspoon
- Agar Agar - 1.5 Teaspoons
- Milk - 450 Milliliters
- Cinnamon - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Dried Ginger - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Bergamot tea - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Butter - 70-80 Grams
- Cocoa powder - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Nuts - To taste (for garnish)

How to make "Chocolate Cardamom Cake"

Prepare all ingredients.

Sift flour, add salt, cardamom and cocoa powder, whisk.

In another bowl, combine water with sugar, beat with a mixer until completely dissolved. Pour in vegetable oil and stir again. Then add vinegar and whisk again.

Pour flour into this bowl and mix again with a mixer until smooth. Dissolve the baking soda separately in 2 tablespoons. water and pour the resulting solution into the dough, beat again with a mixer at low speed.

Pour the dough into a baking dish. Bake the biscuit for 40-50 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cool the finished biscuit in the mold for 30 minutes, then carefully remove.

Cut the biscuit into 2 or 3 cakes.

Prepare the ingredients for the cream.

For cream, combine milk and sugar, put on medium heat.

Brew tea in milk.

Add agar agar, all spices and flour. Boil the cream until thick, stirring constantly.

Cool the cream to near room temperature, add the butter and stir.

Spread the cream on the cakes.

Decorate the top with nuts.
