Cooking description:
Despite the modest range of products, there are a lot of crunchy pies with a sweet center. To make them really crispy (they become so after complete cooling), take into account a couple of nuances. Roll out the dough as thin as possible, but do not tear, and do not add more than 20 grams of butter. Otherwise, the pies will turn out to be rich, slightly sticky. It is also worth noting that roll cakes are not fried in a lot of oil. Before each frying, a tablespoon of oil is poured into the pan, and in this amount the pies are fried on both sides.
