How to cook "Salad" Goldfish "with salmon"

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the Salmon Goldfish Salad. Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs until tender. Cool and clean them.

Peel the onion and chop finely, put in a bowl.

Dice the salted salmon and add to the bowl of onions.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and add to the salad bowl.

Cut 1/3 of the carrots into cubes and add to the bowl of fish and vegetables. The rest of the carrots will be used for decoration.

Add mayonnaise to the salad and stir.

Take an oval platter and lay out the salad, shaping the fish. Grate eggs on top on a fine grater.

Make fins and a tail out of fresh dill.

Cut the remaining carrots into rings and make scales on the fish out of them.

Cut one olive in half and make a mouth, and from the second olive, make a fish's eye.
