Rassolnik is very simple to prepare, and if you have ready-made meat broth, quickly. If your tomato paste is sour, then it makes sense to add a little sugar to the soup. I cook pickle with rice. The soup turns out to be much softer and tastier than with barley. And it takes a lot of time to cook this cereal. My pickle is not sour, so it is also suitable for children. Only in this case, do not add black ground pepper.

Ingredients:
- Meat broth - 1.3 L
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Cucumber - 1-2 Pieces (salted)
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Sunflower oil - 30 Milliliters
- Rice - 2-3 st. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Pickle with tomato"

Take the ingredients for making the pickle.

Place the sliced potatoes in a saucepan and cover with broth. Start cooking the soup.

Finely chop the carrots and onions, place in a skillet with refined sunflower oil and simmer over medium heat for 7-8 minutes.

Then add to the pickle.

Grate cucumbers or chop finely. Place in a skillet, add tomato paste and some vegetable oil. Simmer over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.

Add the pre-washed rice to the pickle.

When the vegetables and rice in the soup are done, add the pickles and tomato paste. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes and turn off.

Pickle with tomato is ready.
