- Cream - 450 grams (from 33% fat)
- Curd cheese - 400 grams
- Powdered sugar - 4 Tbsp. spoons

How to make Chocolate Cream Cheese Cake

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the cake.

For a biscuit, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy for a few minutes.

Pour the butter over with milk and put on fire. Bring to a boil and simmer until the butter is completely melted.

Sift the flour through a sieve. Add baking soda and cocoa to it.

Add flour mixture to the egg mass and gradually add milk. Use a whisk to knead the airy chocolate dough.

Pour the finished dough into a baking dish with a diameter of 20 cm. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

Cool the finished biscuit and cut into 4 cakes.

To make a cream cheese, first whisk the heavy cream and powdered sugar into a fluffy, stable cream.

Then stir well the creamy curd cheese into the cream.

Soak the biscuit cakes with any syrup or just water. Spread the cream on the cakes and collect the cake. Cover the top and sides of the cake with cream. Refrigerate the cake for a few hours to soak.

Decorate the finished cake to your liking. You can simply pour over the top with chocolate and garnish with fruit. Enjoy your tea!
