Borsch with radish turns out to be aromatic and tasty. It can be cooked in water or low-fat chicken broth. Radish adds pungency and piquancy to the dish. Tomatoes can be substituted for tomato paste. This borscht can be eaten both hot and cold. It is prepared simply and quickly.

- Chicken broth - 1.5 L
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Beets - 1 Piece (medium size)
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Radish - 100 Grams
- Tomato - 2 Pieces
- Cabbage - 300 Grams
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Salt - To taste
- Greens - 10 grams (parsley, dill)
How to cook "Borsch with radish"
Prepare the ingredients for making borscht.
Pour broth into a saucepan. Grate the beets and place in a saucepan. Start cooking borsch.
Finely chop the onions and grate the carrots. Add to saucepan.
After 20-25 minutes of borscht cooking, add cabbage and tomatoes cut into strips, which are chopped in any way. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until all ingredients are cooked.
At the end of cooking, add the grated radish.
As well as chopped garlic and herbs.
A fragrant, tasty and healthy borsch with radish is ready. Serve with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
