How to make Lean Fruit Salad

Prepare your ingredients.

Cut the apple into small cubes.

Cut the pear into small cubes and add to the apple.

Cut the banana into pieces of pear and apple.

Dice the kiwi and add to the salad.

Cut the persimmon into small cubes.

Cut mandarin slices into a salad, which it is desirable to peel from films. Add grapes.

Add chopped walnuts and coconut to the salad.

Use freshly squeezed orange juice as a salad dressing.
