- Flour - 250 Grams
- Sugar - 75 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 50 Milliliters
- Orange - 1 Piece
- Baking Dough - 0.7 Teaspoons

How to make Lean Orange Cookies

Prepare all ingredients.

Rinse the orange well, pour over with boiling water and cut into pieces.

Remove the seeds and chop the orange with a blender or meat grinder until smooth.

Transfer the orange mixture to a deep bowl.

Add water, butter and sugar.

Mix everything, add flour and baking powder.

Depending on the size of the orange, it may take a little more or less flour. The dough should be fairly thick and slightly viscous.

Use wet hands to form small balls about the size of a walnut from the finished dough and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
