To prepare such an elementary salad, you will need boiled beets, sauerkraut, onions and any oil for dressing. I used fragrant unrefined sunflower oil. If you boil the beets in advance, the salad can be prepared in half the time.

- Sauerkraut - 200 Grams
- Onion - 80 Grams
- Sunflower oil - 3-4 Art. spoons (unrefined)

How to cook "Salad with beets and sauerkraut"

Prepare the ingredients for the beetroot and sauerkraut salad.

Boil the beets until soft, cool completely and peel.

Cut the beets into salad cubes.

Peel the onions and cut into quarters into rings.

If the sauerkraut is too long, chop it a little too.

Combine the onion and cabbage in a bowl.

Add the beets.

Pour aromatic oil over the salad, add spices to taste.

Add finely chopped dill or other herbs to the salad. Stir.

Salad ready. Enjoy your meal!
