How to make Gingerbread Soup

Prepare all ingredients.

Peel the vegetables and ginger, then cut into large pieces.

Transfer to a saucepan and cover with water.

After boiling, simmer for 5 minutes, then add dried celery and bouillon cube. Cook the soup until the potatoes are tender.

Then add the oil and salt when the vegetables are tender.

Grind the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
