- Vegetable oil - 50 Milliliters
- Raisins - 30 Grams
- Baking powder for dough - 0.5 Teaspoons (no slide)
- Sugar - To taste

How to make Lean Chocolate Chip Cookies

Prepare the required ingredients.

In a bowl, combine flour, raisins, cocoa, baking powder.

Add oil and mineral water to dry ingredients. Stir with a spoon and knead the dough.

The dough is soft and pliable. Transfer it to a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, roll out the dough into a roller. Sprinkle the work surface with sugar (or crushed nuts, powdered sugar, coconut). Roll by rolling several times in different directions.

Use a knife or punch to cut the roll of dough into pieces. It will stick a little when you cut it, but that's okay. Shape the cookies as desired. I made a drawing using a stamp.

Transfer the prepared cookies to a baking sheet or baking dish, having previously covered with paper or greased with oil. Bake cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

After the time has passed, remove the cookies from the oven.

Put the cookies in a vase, cool and serve with tea.
