Cooking description:

- Whole grain flour - 1 Cup
- Walnuts - 10-12 Pieces (2/3 cup peeled)

- Pear Filling - 400 Milliliters
- Vanilla essence - 3-4 drops

How to make Lean Pear Pie

Let's prepare the ingredients.

Pour flour, salt and sugar into a bowl.

Add vanilla and sunflower oil.

Pass the walnuts through a meat grinder and add to the rest of the ingredients.

We mix everything. Pour the dough in the form of crumbs into a mold.

Spread the dough over the bottom of the mold and press lightly.

Put the filling on the dough. We send the cake to the oven for 20 minutes. Cooking at 180 degrees.

Cool the finished cake. It can be cut into pieces in the form or transferred to a dish whole, after cooling completely. Enjoy your tea!
