- Chicken fillet - 150 grams (raw)
- Cherry tomatoes - 4-5 Pieces (or one regular tomato)
- Green onions - 2 Pieces (stems)
- Dill - 2-3 Pieces (twigs)
- Cheese - 100 Grams (hard varieties)
- Black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Dachny" Baton roll

Prepare the required ingredients.

Heat milk to a temperature of 36-38 degrees. Add a tablespoon of sugar and crush the yeast. Stir.

Tighten the glass with the dough with plastic foil, leave until the "cap" appears. This usually takes 10-12 minutes.

The dough is ready.

Sift 380 grams of flour, dough into a bowl, add 1 egg, salt.

Start stirring with a spoon, pour in vegetable oil. If the dough turns out to be thin, add a tablespoon of flour and knead the dough with your hands.

Try not to clog the dough with flour, so if it has gathered into a lump and does not stick to your hands, do not add more flour if it remains from the specified amount. Round the dough, transfer to a bowl, make a cruciform incision with a sharp knife.

Tighten the bowl with plastic wrap and leave for 1 hour and 20 minutes at room temperature.

While the dough is right, boil the chicken fillet with salt and pepper.

Cool the finished fillet slightly, cut into cubes and transfer to a bowl. Add chopped onions, dill, grated cheese, diced cherry tomatoes and raw egg yolk there. Season with salt, add black pepper to taste and stir.

As time passed, the dough increased noticeably. It is ready to be cut.

Roll out a layer of dough, 0.5 cm thick on the work surface. Spread the filling on it. Do not reach 7 cm from one edge.

Roll up the roll.

Pinch the seam and edges of the roll firmly.

Transfer the roll loaf to a lined baking sheet with paper. Make cuts with a sharp knife. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds and spices. Leave at room temperature for 25 minutes. Then put in a cold oven, turn on the temperature 170 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes.
