How to cook "Lean Batter Cauliflower"
Prepare your ingredients.
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, rinse and dry.
Boil the cabbage for 3 minutes in salted water. Throw back on a sieve to drain excess water.
Prepare the batter. Pour water into a bowl, add flour.
Pour in salt, pepper, paprika, dry garlic.
Stir the batter until smooth.
