How to cook "Cheesecakes with protein"

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Put the cottage cheese in a deep container, beat in the chicken egg, add salt and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.

Add protein and mix well again. The amount of protein depends on the size of the chicken egg, you may need a little more. If you have fatty cottage cheese, you can add some instant oatmeal to the mass. They will absorb excess liquid, and the mass will become denser.

Moisten your hands in water and form a cheesecake from part of the curd mass. Prepare the rest of the blanks in the same way.

Heat the vegetable oil thoroughly in a skillet. Make sure there is a little of it, just grease the pan with it. Put the workpieces in hot oil. If you put it cold, the cheesecakes will absorb the oil and creep in the pan.

Fry the pancakes on one side for about 2 minutes on moderate heat and gently turn over to the other side. Remember that they do not contain flour and they are very tender, so they can creep in the pan. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Place the pancakes on a plate and serve hot with classic yoghurt, berries or dried fruits.
