How to cook "Dukan Cabbage Rolls"

Prepare your ingredients.

Carefully separate the cabbage leaves from the head of cabbage; young cabbage will do this easily. If the cabbage is winter, then you can scald it with boiling water or hold it in the microwave, after which the leaves are well separated.

Place the cabbage leaves in the microwave under a hood for 3 minutes to soften them.
