- Puff pastry - 300 grams (yeast-free)
- Apple - 2 Pieces
- Butter - 20 grams
- Chicken egg - 1 Piece
- Ice cream - 100 grams ("Sundae")
How to make Apple Ice Cream Pie
Prepare the ingredients for making the cake.
Peel, core and cut the apples. Place in a skillet.
Add butter. Simmer the apples until the juice evaporates. If they are sour, add sugar.
Defrost the puff pastry. Roll out one slice of dough a little.
Roll out the second layer in the same way and use a special roller to make cuts in the dough.
Stretch the layer.
Place the dough without cuts in a baking dish. Spread the apples over the dough.
Cover with cut dough.
Brush the top of the pie with an egg.
Bake the pie in the oven at 180-190 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
