- Black coffee - 3/4 Cup
- Eggs - 2 Pieces
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Cocoa Powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Rum - 1 tbsp. spoon (or Amaretto liqueur)
How to cook "Trifle" Tiramisu "
Prepare your ingredients.
Make strong coffee.
Pour rum or liquor into the coffee, let cool.
Separate the whites and yolks of the two eggs. Add half the powdered sugar to the yolks.
Whisk the yolks and icing sugar until fluffy.
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until fluffy, then add the remaining powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks.
Add the protein mass to the yolk, mix gently with a silicone spatula.
Whisk lightly the Mascarpone cheese, put the beaten egg mass into it.
Whisk "Mascarpone" with the protein mass into the cream at high turns.
Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag. Place the cream in glasses as the first layer.
Dip biscuit cookies in coffee with rum, blot the excess with a paper napkin.
Place the moistened cookies in a glass on top of the cream.
Repeat the alternation of layers: cream and cookies. The last layer is cream.
Sprinkle the top of the dessert with cocoa, do it through a strainer.
