Below I will tell you more about how to make chocolate mousse. The recipe is lean, no dairy products, in fact you only need a bar of good dark chocolate. Instead of water, you can take any vegetable milk, then the mousse will taste even softer. Date syrup is used for a delicious accent and can be substituted for any liquid syrup you like. Everything is prepared very quickly and simply, but it turns out fantastically delicious!

Ingredients:
- Chocolate - 135 Grams (dark, without milk fat in the composition)
- Water - 120 Milliliters
- Sugar - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Syrup - 1.5 tbsp. spoons (I have a date)

How to make Lean Chocolate Mousse

Prepare all ingredients.

Break the chocolate bar into pieces, transfer to a ladle.

Pour water on top, add sugar and flavor, I use date syrup. Place the ladle over medium heat. Stir with a spatula until the chocolate is completely dissolved.

Prepare ice. Pour it into a large bowl.

Pour the chocolate into another bowl. Place it on ice and begin to beat with a mixer.

In the beginning nothing will happen, but gradually the chocolate will start to cool and become thicker. It will take about 5-7 minutes to beat.

Arrange the finished mousse in glasses, garnish with berries and nuts. Enjoy your meal!
