The pastries are very tasty, tender, airy. Making a lean juice cupcake is easy and simple with the ingredients available. Any juice can be used. Today I have homemade apple juice with the addition of berries. I decided to add a fresh apple to the dough for flavor, but you can use any other fruit and even nuts, raisins or candied fruits.

Ingredients:
- Sugar - 1 Glass
- Juice - 1 Glass (any)
- Vegetable Oil - 1/2 Cup
- Soda - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Flour - 2 Glasses
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Apple - 1-2 Pieces (any fruit is possible)

How to make Lean Juiced Cupcake

Prepare all ingredients.

Combine butter, sugar and salt in a deep bowl.

Add juice and baking soda.

Mix everything and add flour.

Add the diced apples.

Pour the dough into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.

Lean juice cake is ready. Let it cool slightly, then carefully remove and serve. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar if desired. Enjoy your meal!
Chef's advice:
Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer or a toothpick. It should stay dry when piercing the cake.
